The objective of this campaign was to increase awareness of new food court retailers while also gathering emails for their database. Customers were able to enter the competition after spending money at one of the food court retailers in centre. Customers entered via an entry portal designed to appear like a vending machine. They could choose which food retailer they would like to win something from and once chosen the machine would print a receipt with the prize to be redeemed.
The promotion was scheduled to run for 14 days or until all prizes were given away. Prizes were all awarded within 8 days and 938 customers were added to the database.
